Clinical Decision Support Registry (CDSR)

The CDS Registry (CDSR) provides facilities with access to their image-ordering clinical decision support data that correspond to imaging , and several other imaging areas.

The CDSR interactive report can identify imaging exam ordering patterns for some of the most commonly ordered exams to pinpoint areas where best practices are being followed as well as areas in need of improvement.

How to Participate

  • Currently, participation is available for facilities that have CareSelect Imaging provided by the National Clinical Decision Support e乐彩app官方下载旧版 (NDSC). Interested facilities must complete an NDSC data transfer authorization (DTA) form. Contact the help desk to request the DTA form.
  • CDS Registry participation is currently available at no cost during the measure and benchmark report development period. The development period and fee waiver is planned to extend throughout e乐彩app官方下载旧版.

R-SCAN Quality Improvement Program


The CDSR facilitates the implementation of an R-SCAN quality improvement project -- a mechanism for radiologists and referring clinicians to collaborate on improving the ordering of imaging exams that adds value to patient care.
