As the focus of reimbursement moves from fee-for-service to a value-based payment model, understanding reporting requirements and thresholds will be critical to thriving under the Quality Payment Program. This learning module challenges participants to better understand this payment model shift and provides tools to enable a successful transition.   • Explore changes in the Merit-Based Incentive Payment Program and ACR actions to ensure radiologists’ participation.
  • Postulate how alternative payment models will be structured with focus on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation and the Physician Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee.
  • Consider opportunities for collaboration in efforts to embrace population health efforts at the institutional and regional level.
